Long ago I used Auction Sentry, but when the product was sold and tons of complaints showed up, I sought and found better software. I see some old names here, like Dalecoy, who seem to have stuck with Auction Sentry. Not wanting to argue about a few dollars, I never re-enlisted in the premium version (I got tired trying to get credit for a $25 payment I made that they acknowledged but never posted to my account.
Now I see nearly nothing on these boards. Not much community activity. I only dropped by to see if Auction Sentry actually went back to its winning ways. I doubt I would switch back because I love the software I now have. Sorry I cannot mention it. One thing it has is multithreading so auction even a second apart get a full thread and it never misses an auction.
I wonder though, has this company actually improved its product to the point it is again a serious competitor like Dan made it, or have they continued their lack of interest and lack of support?

There have been no product improvements. (There was a change in licensing schema just after the sale- which might or might not be viewed as an improvement, and a change in logo).
The product still works, with some problems and broken or cracked features.
I personally believe that support has gotten steadily worse (judging from reported responsiveness to support requests, etc.).
To me, it appears that the company continues to be less and less interested in the product and its support.

I decided to not report it via the "support case" system, and just see how long it is before somebody in charge deletes it.
So far, roughtly 4 days.
