Quotes not working correctly in "News" forum?

Thanks for the update 3.2.6 but still cannot set up snipes from a sellers listing page/s - no right click menu.

That (and any other quoting) doesn't work in the News and Updates forum, but seems to work here.

What am I doing wrong?

OK. It's also things like bold/italics/underline, color, smilies , etc.

Obviously, because it says "BBCode is off" and "Smilies are off".

Just the news forum, it seems.
